But when people-professionals want to accomplish craftsmanship, they also need to nurture the skills and artistry of authorship, and will question themselves not only about the above personal matters,

but also about ethical aspects:

1. How proactive am I in providing moral meanings?

2. Do I contribute to moral knowledge, for myself and others?

3. Are the voices I meet in my surroundings leading or are the voices of my baritons and my inner congress leading?

4. Do I manage to organise my internal congress into an internal compass that I can use consciously, or am I most of the time caught by surprise?
